Caring for the Classic Edition Bundle is easy and ensures that it remains durable for a long time. Both the Y-Harness and the Leash can be cleaned with a damp cloth if they become dirty. For heavier soiling, the set can be washed by hand with lukewarm water and mild soap and should then be left to air dry. The stainless steel components do not require any special care and can simply be wiped clean with a cloth. Although the black powder coating of the carabiners may become slightly scratched over time, they will retain their functionality without restriction. To keep the materials in perfect condition, we recommend storing the set in a dry and well-ventilated place. ⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:

• Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %)
• Processing fees of the delivery service / Swiss customs (variable)
  

Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees in advance; they will be charged by the shipping service provider upon delivery. Please take these additional costs into account when placing your order.
