The Easy Go Edition Dog Leash with hand loop is a 2.5 cm wide nylon Dog Leash. The inner lining is made of soft yet robust neoprene. The hand loop is also lined with neoprene, which makes the Easy Go EditionDog Leash lies comfortably and gently in the hand. The carabiner is made of black-coated stainless steel and is rust- and nickel-free. The black powder coating on the metal details may scratch off during use. The Easy Go Edition Dog Leash can be used in water, but it is not a special water lead. 

This leash is suitable for small and large dogs. Due to its lightness, the Easy Go Edition dog leash is comfortable for every dog.

The Easy Go Edition dog leash is a 1.2 m long leash with a hand loop that is suitable for medium-long distances with your dog. It can be used for dog sports, in the city center, when visiting the vet or on public transport.

Our Vitomalia collars, dog leashes and harnesses are made of nylon material with a neoprene inner lining. We recommend that you take Vitomalia collars, dog leashes and harnesses off at home after use. This way, the products will stay beautiful for a long time and will not be unnecessarily worn out at home.

For light soiling, we recommend washing the products for 2 minutes under lukewarm water, rubbing lightly against the soiling. You don't need any detergent, just lukewarm water and your hands.
If the Vitomalia collars, dog leashes and harnesses are very dirty, they can be washed in the washing machine in the washing bag provided on a 30°C hand wash program. Please do not use detergent for dog items (collars, dog leashes and harnesses, but also dog bed covers)! Washing soda or a little vinegar is completely sufficient. Detergent is too strongly perfumed for our dogs and is very unpleasant. Vinegar and washing soda remove bacteria and keep the color fresh for a long time.
Because of the metal details, we recommend that you also put other laundry (e.g. the dog blankets) in the wash as a kind of buffer so that your washing machine is not damaged by the metal details.

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:

• Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %)
• Processing fees of the delivery service / Swiss customs (variable)
  

Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees in advance; they will be charged by the shipping service provider upon delivery. Please take these additional costs into account when placing your order.

We do not cover the return costs as a lump sum. Every return means additional packaging, transport and CO₂ emissions. If you are unsure about size or product selection, please write to us - we will advise you so that everything fits right away.
