With 70 % meat and 30 % bone meal from just one animal source (monoprotein), the snacks are particularly well tolerated and also suitable for sensitive dogs. They are gently air-dried, not heated - so valuable vitamins and minerals are naturally preserved.

Deliberately free from cereals, sugar, additives, colourings and preservatives - for a pure, species-appropriate reward.

The environment is not neglected either: the packaging is made from a mono-material, is 100% recyclable and is made from recycled raw materials.

• Zone 3 (DK, SE, GR, BG, HR, SI, CY, NO): 4-9 working days

💡 Note on shipping costs:

• Free shipping from 99 € order value in zone 1 (DE/AT/PL/CZ/SK/HU)
• For all other zones, the regular shipping costs according to the checkout apply.
  

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:

• Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %)
• Processing fees of the delivery service / Swiss customs (variable)
  

Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees in advance; they will be charged by the shipping service provider upon delivery. Please take these additional costs into account when placing your order.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you don't like a product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

🌱 Sustainability & conscious consumption

We do not cover the return costs as a lump sum. Every return means additional packaging, transport and CO₂ emissions. If you are unsure about size or product selection, please write to us - we will advise you so that everything fits right away.
