Our lightweight Y-harness is designed for easy handling and maximum comfort - for both you and your dog. The Easy Go Edition is suitable for dogs who like to wear lightweight harnesses and do not jump strongly on the leash. Here's how to use it best:

1. Open the buckle on the chest of the harness.
2. Lift one of your dog's front legs and guide it through the corresponding opening.
3. Fasten the buckle again, but make sure the harness is not too tight. There should be enough space between the harness and the dog for two fingers to ensure it is comfortable and not constricting.
4. Adjust the strap around the chest to achieve the best fit. The harness should sit close to your dog's body without pinching or rubbing.
5. You have the choice of attaching the leash to the D-ring on the back strap or to the chest ring.
The back strap is suitable for everyday walks, while the chest strap is ideal for training purposes or situations where you need more control

To ensure the longevity and quality of your Vitomalia collars, dog leashes and harnesses, proper care is essential. Here are simple steps to keep your products in top condition:

Regular cleaning:
→ Surface dirt: Remove coarse dirt and hair regularly with a soft brush or cloth.
→ Hand wash: If necessary, you can clean the products in lukewarm water without detergent. Simply soak in water for 2 minutes and rub gently to remove light soiling.

Washing machine cleaning:
→ Heavier soiling: For deeper cleaning, you can wash Vitomalia products in the washing machine. Use a washing bag and set the machine to a 30 °C hand wash program. Make sure to put enough buffer material such as dog blankets, towels, etc. in the washing drum so that the metal details do not damage your washing machine.
→ Cleaning agents: Instead of regular detergent, we recommend washing soda or a little vinegar. These are unscented and more pleasant for dogs, while effectively removing bacteria and keeping the colors fresh.

Drying:
→ Air drying: Allow the products to air dry after cleaning. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent material damage.
→ Do not tumble dry: Do not use a tumble dryer as the heat may damage the material.

Storage:
→ Careful storage: Store the accessories in a dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid humid or very warm conditions to prevent mold growth and material deterioration.
→ Remove at home: We recommend removing collars, leashes and harnesses at home after use to avoid unnecessary wear and tear.

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:

• Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %)
• Processing fees of the delivery service / Swiss customs (variable)
  

Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees in advance; they will be charged by the shipping service provider upon delivery. Please take these additional costs into account when placing your order.
