The cover of the dog cushion is made from the innovative RePET Line fabric, which is made from recycled PET fibres and combines comfort, durability and sustainability. With a weight of 370 g/m² ± 5 % and a width of 145 cm ± 2 cm, RePET Line offers a lighter yet hard-wearing surface. The fabric is characterised by an abrasion resistance of 67,000 cycles, which makes it particularly resistant to daily wear and tear. With a light fastness of 5-6, the colour of the fabric remains stable and durable even with regular exposure to sunlight. In addition, RePET Line fulfils the safety standards for resistance to cigarette ignition and is hypoallergenic and OEKO-TEX certified - perfect for sensitive dogs or allergy sufferers.

The easy-care properties of RePET Line make the OrthoPawdic© dog cushion ideal for everyday use. The cover can be easily removed and machine washed at 30 °C. Minor soiling can be easily removed with a damp cloth thanks to the water and dirt-repellent properties. Thanks to the robust material, the cover retains its shape and feel even after frequent washing. Allow the cover to air dry to ensure its longevity - the use of a tumble dryer is not recommended. The inner cushion with the visco-fibre filling can be aired slightly if necessary. ⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:

• Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %)
• Processing fees of the delivery service / Swiss customs (variable)
  

Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees in advance; they will be charged by the shipping service provider upon delivery. Please take these additional costs into account when placing your order.
