Cover Donut dog bed cover - RePET Linen in beige

The OrthoPawdic® Donut dog bed cover made of RePET Linen combines sustainable materials, elegant design and long-lasting quality. It was specially developed for the OrthoPawdic® Donut Dog Bed and is available in four sizes (S-XL). The cover is made from recycled RePET fabric with a fine linen structure and was developed for anyone who wants to combine function, style and environmental awareness.

Sustainable & resource-saving

The cover is made from 100% recycled PET bottles. Depending on the size, between 30 and 80 bottles are recycled. Thanks to this resource-saving production, each cover contributes to reducing plastic waste and stands for real sustainability instead of greenwashing.
The RePET Linen material is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, hypoallergenic and free from harmful substances - ideal for sensitive dogs and households with allergies.

Robust, easy-care & water-repellent

The RePET Linen fabric offers a high-quality, textile feel with an abrasion resistance of approx. 40,000 cycles and a lightfastness of 6. The surface is water and dirt repellent so that liquids simply roll off and the cover is easy to keep clean.
The cover can be washed at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying it to prolong the life of the fibres.

Durable quality with YKK zips

Like all OrthoPawdic® products, the Linen cover is equipped with original YKK zip fasteners - the highest quality fasteners on the market. They are robust, smooth-running and ensure that the cover can be effortlessly removed and replaced without losing any of its durability.

The cover covers the entire outer shell of the bed, including the edge and lying surface. The integrated dirt and moisture protection of the dog bed remains active under the cover. The linen cover can be used as a replacement or changeable cover at any time - ideal for matching the colour of the bed to your home or the season.

Place the cushion in a quiet, sheltered place that your dog already knows as a retreat - whether in the living room, bedroom or in its own corner. The generous lying surface and square design give your dog the freedom to relax in any desired position - whether stretched out, curled up or snuggled up. The stable edge provides additional support for the head and ensures relaxed neck muscles. The pillow is ideal for hard floors as well as softer surfaces and always remains dimensionally stable and comfortable thanks to the high-quality visco-fibre filling. Regular vacuuming of the pillow helps to remove hair and dust and keep the lying surface hygienic.

The OrthoPawdic© dog cushion is easy to care for and ideal for everyday use. The removable cover made from RePET Line can be easily removed using a zip and machine washed at 30 °C. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener to preserve the quality of the material. A damp cloth is sufficient for minor soiling, as the fabric is water and dirt repellent. Thanks to the robust material, the cover retains its shape and feel even after frequent washing. Allow the cover to air dry to ensure its longevity - the use of a tumble dryer is not recommended. The inner cushion with the visco-fibre filling can be aired slightly if necessary. With these simple care instructions, the OrthoPawdic© dog cushion remains hygienic, durable and a cosy retreat for your dog.

At Vitomalia, we want you to know exactly when and how your Dog Bed will arrive. All orders are packed with care and dispatched reliably. Our Dog Beds are vacuum packed to protect them from damage in transit and to save space. Once opened, the bed unfolds completely within a few hours.

• Free shipping from 99 € order value in zone 1
• For all other zones, the regular shipping costs according to the checkout apply.
  

Shipping process:
Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed the following working day. Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

Dispatch from several warehouses:
We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

Shipping to Switzerland:
We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. There may be additional costs such as Swiss VAT (8.1%) and handling fees from customs or the shipping service provider. These costs are borne by the recipient.

Return shipment

You can return your Dog Bed within 30 days of receipt. So that we can offer you an uncomplicated process, you must register the return in advance via our returns portal. This allows us to check whether the product fulfils the return criteria and then provide you with all the necessary information for the return shipment.

Return criteria:

• The bed must be in its original condition.
• All labels and barcodes must remain on the product.
• The cover and inner cushion must be packed separately, each in its own packaging.
• The bed must be vacuum-sealed again before being returned so that it does not exceed DHL's shipping dimensions.
• Heavily soiled, damaged or incomplete products cannot be returned.
• ATTENTION: The XL size is excluded from returns!
  

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. As this is a bulky product, the costs may be higher than for smaller items, depending on the size and shipping service provider.

Sustainability & conscious consumption

Every return means additional transport, packaging and CO₂ emissions. We would therefore encourage you to seek advice from us in advance if you are unsure about size or product choice. This way, we can work together to ensure that you get the right bed for your dog right from the start.
