The Vitomalia voucher is uncomplicated and versatile. After your purchase, you will receive it conveniently by email. You can either print out the voucher, redeem it directly from the email or save it to your mobile phone wallet - so you always have it to hand. The voucher is ideal for buying your favourite products from our shop or making a dog lover happy. Simply enter the code when paying at the checkout and the value will be deducted automatically. Perfect for all purchases in our online shop.

As the voucher is digital, there are no special maintenance requirements. However, we recommend that you keep the email containing the voucher safe and protect the code from third parties to prevent unauthorised use. If you save the voucher on your mobile phone, it will always be to hand and cannot be lost. If you use the voucher by printing it out, make sure that the QR code or voucher code remains clearly legible to ensure smooth redemption.

🚚 Delivery times at a glance

• Zone 1 (DE, AT, PL, CZ, SK, HU): 2–5 Werktage
• Zone 2 (FR, IT, ES, BE, NL, LU, FI, EE, LV, LT, IE): 3–7 Werktage
• Zone 3 (DK, SE, GR, BG, HR, SI, CY, NO): 4-9 working days
• Zone 4 (PT, CH, UK, MT, IS, LI): 4–10 Werktage
  

💡 Note on shipping costs:

• Free shipping from 99 € order value in zone 1 (DE/AT/PL/CZ/SK/HU)
• For all other zones, the regular shipping costs according to the checkout apply.
  

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:

• Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %)
• Processing fees of the delivery service / Swiss customs (variable)
  

Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees in advance; they will be charged by the shipping service provider upon delivery. Please take these additional costs into account when placing your order.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you don't like a product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

We do not cover the return costs as a lump sum. Every return means additional packaging, transport and CO₂ emissions. If you are unsure about size or product selection, please write to us - we will advise you so that everything fits right away.
