Important note for our Swiss customers
VAT-free shopping: As a Swiss customer, you buy from us without VAT. Please note, however, that Swiss VAT and a small handling fee will be charged by customs when importing into Switzerland, over which we have no influence.
Shipping information
Orders received from Monday to Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. This does not apply to pre-orders and unpaid orders. Orders received after 12:00 will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that for some countries outside the EU, additional customs and import duties may apply, especially for Switzerland.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you have the right to cancel products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Exceptions are errors on our part - in this case we will provide a free return label.

Sustainability and conscious shopping
Our approach of not covering the costs of returns is part of our sustainability concept. We want to prevent goods from being bought randomly and then returned unnecessarily. Every return means additional packaging, takes up delivery capacity and leads to unnecessary CO2 emissions. Our aim is to make a contribution to environmental protection together with our customers and to promote conscious consumer behaviour.
